谐波摩擦传动柔轮结构参数对其应力影响分析

         

摘要

The influence of the structure parameter on the stresses distribution of the flexspline was studied. Considering the influence of the harmonic wave generator and the rigid circular spline, when the finite element contact model of the flexspline was established, the contact pair model was established between flexspline and rigid circular spline, at the same time the establishment of contact pair between the flexspline and steel balls. Then, adopting the finite element method including the contacting boundary condition,the stresses distribution and the maximum stress of the flexspline was obtained. Last, according to the condition of the stresses distribution, analyzed the influence of the flexspline wall thickness on the maximum stress of the flexspline, on the maximum stress of the stress changes in the cross section of the flexspline,and analyzed the influence of flexspline length-diameter ratio on the maximum stress of the flexspline, on the maximum stress of the stress changes in the cross section of the flexspline. The conclusion was obtained: when the flexspline structure parameters was unchanged, with the wall thickness increased, the maximum stress of the flexspline was increased linearly; with the flexspline length-diameter ratio increased,the maximum stress of the flexspline was increased with non-linear. When the length-diameter ratio is greater than 0. 8, the stress tends to increase is stability; When the length-diameter ratio is greater than 1.0,the stress is essentially the same.%分析三波谐波摩擦传动柔轮结构参数对柔轮应力分布的影响.建立柔轮的有限元接触模型时,综合考虑谐波波发生器和刚轮对柔轮的影响,建立柔轮与刚轮及柔轮与钢球间的接触对.然后进行有限元接触分析,获得柔轮的应力分布情况及柔轮的最大等效应力.最后,根据柔轮应力分布,针对柔轮主要结构参数壁厚及长径比对柔轮的最大等效应力的影响及其对柔轮各应力突变截面的最大等效应力影响进行分析,获得如下结论:在柔轮直径等结构参数不变的情况下,随着壁厚的增加,柔轮的最大等效应力线性增加;随着柔轮长径比的增加,柔轮的最大等效应力非线性增加,当长径比大于0.8时,应力增加趋于稳定,大于1.0时,应力基本不变.
