与外螺纹的接触式对刀不同,由于螺母结构尺寸小且内部空间非常有限,使得内螺纹非接触式自动对刀的方法研究和装置设计难度较大.文章针对滚珠螺母内螺旋滚道非接触式自动对刀技术的原理进行了研究,并设计出了一种自动对刀模块.其中,自动对刀方法可根据开关个数和电平变化类型分为两种形式:单开关式(分为高低高、低高低两种情况)和双开关式(分为先低后高、先高后低两种情况),它们都是通过电平变化和位移测量的配合实现高效高精的砂轮对刀定位,在效率上双开关式要优于单开关式.文中所提出的非接触式自动对刀方案对滚珠螺母的实际磨削加工有借鉴意义.%Compared to the contact-mode positioning of grinding wheels to the external thread, it* s harder to study the method and design the device of automatic non-contact positioning to the internal thread, because screw nuts' structure size is small and the inner space is limited. Contraposed the automatic non-contact positioning technology to the internal thread of ball nuts, the paper does research on its principle and designs a related positioning module. According to the number of approach switches and the type of level fluctuation, the positioning method is divided into two forms: Single (high-low-high, low-high-low) and Double (low-high, high-low) , both of them depend on the cooperation of level fluctuation and displacement measurement to position for grinding wheels efficiently and high precisely, Double' s efficiency is higher than Single' s. The non-contact positioning solution in this paper has useful reference to the practical grind of ball nuts.
