Regarding MOTOMAN-UP6 robot as the research subject, a real-time control platform for the industrial robot was developed with Visual C + +. With object technology for encapsulated MO-TOCOM32 and RS-232 serial communication protocols, the codes of control platform for MOTOMAN-UP6 robot were written. The functions of video monitoring, fast speed data transfer and teaching programming were put into effect. With functional testing on this real-time control platform, the platform is characterized by fast speed data, strong real-time and good UI. The platform expand the control rang and provide a good and safe operating environment to programmers. These provide important foundation of real-time control for future study.%文章提出了一种在VC多文档应用程序基础之上实现指令表编辑模块的方法.该模块主要包括指令表编辑器和程序输出窗口的开发,以及编辑器中数据的提取、交换、存储和输出.其优点是数据处理方法和程序结构相对简单,并且充分利用了C++语言中类继承的特性,同时也为软PLC程序的编译奠定了基础.
