小型磁驱动电解加工机床的结构设计

     

摘要

To solve the problems (long transmission chain, poor reachability, complicated structure, etc. ) of current electrochemical machining (ECM) machines, a small magnetic driving ECM machine was designed. Its overall structure plan was designed and working principle was introduced. Magnetic driving system and electrolyte system were designed. The driving system and transmission system working as a whole part could directly drive the working cathode to machine workpieces without long transmission chain. The small magnetic driving ECM machine could machine holes, curved surface, internal grooves and other complicated-shape parts with high accuracy.%针对目前电解加工机床存在的传动链长、加工可靠性差、结构复杂等问题,设计了一种小型磁驱动电解加工机床.对磁驱动机床的总体方案进行了设计,介绍了该机床的工作原理,对其磁驱动系统、电解液系统等重要结构进行了详细设计.该机床驱动系统与传动系统融为一体,直接拖动阴极,无中间传动链,响应速度快,加工精度高,结构简单,并可实现对弯孔、曲面、内槽等复杂型面的加工.
