Engine cylinder bottom and positioning pin hole as important position in the cylinder body production line processing benchmark,the precision influence on engine performance and service life of the product play a key role.Based on the current domestic industry against the two benchmark machining processing technology and equipment are analyzed,and developed a kind of used for engine cylinder bottom surface finishing milling and bottom positioning pin hole machining CNC modular machine tool,and introduces sliding desktop precision milling head,multi-functional special fixture,positioning pin hole machining,key technologies,etc.%发动机缸体底面及定位销孔作为缸体生产线加工中的重要定位基准,其精度对发动机产品的性能和使用寿命的影响起关键作用.通过对目前国内行业针对这两个基准加工采取的加工工艺和加工设备进行了分析,研发了一种用于发动机缸体底面精铣及底面定位销孔加工的数控组合机床,并介绍滑台式精密铣头、多功能专用夹具、定位销孔加工等关键技术.
