汽轮机叶片数控编程及加工过程全景仿真与优化

     

摘要

通过UG软件对典型汽轮机叶片进行了参数化建模,提出了一种比较简单的叶身型面造型思路.以实际生产为导向,探索了叶片加工的工艺路线,完成了UG软件的数控编程.利用VERICUT软件创建了虚拟机床,对叶片加工过程进行了全景仿真以及NC程序的验证与优化,提高了加工效率,对类似叶片类曲率扭转较大的复杂零件的加工有一定的指导意义.%This paper has established the 3D parametric modeling of the typical turbine blade and finished the NC programming according to the craft route based on UG software,putting forward a simpler way to build the surfaces of the blade Has created virtual machine by VERICUT software and conducted the panoramic simulation during the machining process of the blades and optimizing the NC program,which promotes the processing efficiency and be instructive to form the complex parts which has torsional curvature as big as similar blade dose.
