立式单面四工位扩铰缸体挺柱孔组合机床

摘要

This paper provided a vertical single side modular machine tool,which have moving front guiding device and be suitable for multi-species processing,multi-station extending-hinging tappet-hole in cylinder body.The machine positioned workpiece by cylinder base and two pin hole,completed Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅱ,Ⅳ station switching by two groups of activities bolt institutions and two groups of ejecting cylinder,processed two parts simultaneously with moving front guiding device,pawl delivery device and hydraulic clamping mechanism.This can not only save the equipment cost,but also improve production efficiency.%文章介绍了一种带有移动前导向装置,适合一系列多品种加工,多工位扩、铰缸体挺柱孔的组合机床.该机床采用缸体底面和两个销孔的定位方式,运用两组活动插销机构和两组推件油缸同时完成Ⅰ、Ⅲ和Ⅱ、Ⅳ工位的切换,利用移动前导向装置和棘爪输送装置配合液压夹紧,实现两个零件的同时加工.不仅节约了设备成本,而且提高了生产效益.
