基于Flexsim的随机混流装配线平衡设计与仿真∗

     

摘要

This paper takes a random mixed-model assembly line in a bicycle factory as studying object and collects the assembly process, operation time and the random probability of two types. Based on the simula-tion model by Flexsim, stay time, blocked time and idle time are obtained, and then the bottlenecks of cur-rent process are identified. Through the improvement scheme such as dividing workstations properly and adding a removable workstation, a new simulation mode is set up and analyzed using Flexsim. The simula-tion result shows that the bottlenecks are eliminated and line balance is achieved. It also provides a feasible method to line balance and simulation on the random mixed-model assembly line.%以某自行车随机混流装配线为研究对象,测定装配线上两种车型的装配工序、作业时间和装配件随机到达概率。应用Flexsim仿真软件对装配线进行建模仿真,得到装配线各工位的装配时间、闲置时间、阻塞时间,确定装配线瓶颈工位。对装配线重新划分工位并添加自由人,解决了瓶颈工位。Flexsim仿真结果显示,该方法实现了随机混流装配线的平衡设计与优化,为混流装配线平衡设计和仿真提供了一种可行的方法。
