基于模型定义的阀门产品全三维数字化设计技术应用

     

摘要

As the common control devices of industrial piping system, the computer aided design model based on 2D engineering drawing and supplemented by 3D model is widely used in valve enterprises. Model-based Definition( MBD) represents the latest development of Computer-aided Design( CAD) . After analysis of valve product design and CAD technology application, the paper took the typical valve products as an ex-ample. For part modeling, component assembly, general assembly modeling, 2D engineering drawing based on 3D model and other project contents, the paper realized three-dimensional modeling specifications and MBD data set expression of valve products and then explored a method of valve ’ s digital design based on MBD technology that is applied to valve enterprises, so as to realize the three-dimensional modeling as the main data source in the product life cycle.%作为工业管路系统的常用控制装置,阀门产品设计长期采用以二维工程图为主、三维模型为辅的计算机辅助设计( CAD)技术应用模式。基于模型的定义( MBD)技术,代表了当期CAD技术的最新发展和未来应用趋势。通过分析总结阀门产品的设计模式和CAD 技术应用现状,在通用三维CAD软件UG NX平台下,以典型阀门产品为例,围绕零件建模、部件装配、总装建模、基于三维模型的二维工程描述等内容,给出了阀门产品模型的MBD数据集表示规范,以探讨基于MBD的阀门产品全三维数字化设计技术应用,寻求以集成了完备设计与制造信息的三维模型作为产品生命周期中的主数据源。
