基于LabVIEW的电容器缺陷检测系统研究

         

摘要

At first, the application of machine vision based on virtual instrument in industrial inspection is introduced. Based on the virtual instrument, the platform of inspection system has been established and the hardware components are described. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the capacitor defects, the image processing algorithms of sparse median filter, mixed transformation functions and global threshold segmentation are proposed. At last, a defect detection system for capacitors is developed based on LabVIEW which can detect the defects rapidly and robustly from captured capacitor images. Theoretical research and experimental work has proved that the methods discussed in this paper are effective and valuable for defect inspection.%首先描述基于虚拟仪器的机器视觉技术在工业检测中的应用,介绍视觉检测系统的硬件组成,并建立基于虚拟仪器的机器视觉检测系统。其次,针对电容器的各类缺陷特点,提出采用稀疏中值滤波、混合灰度变换和全局阈值分割的图像处理算法。最后,开发出基于LabVIEW的电容器缺陷检测系统,实现一幅电容器图像中多个缺陷的快速鲁棒检测。通过理论研究和实验验证,所采用的方法对电容器缺陷的检测是可行、有效的,具有较好的应用价值。
