基于LabVIEW的数控转台综合性能试验台测试系统设计

     

摘要

NC rotary table is an important functional components of CNC machine tools, its performance will directly influence and even determine the accuracy of CNC machine tools and overall performance. In order to meet the study performance of NC rotary table, designed a test system based on LabVIEW and PXI , Siemens S7-300PLC control hydraulic loading in system, kinds of sensors and test equipments are used in system for collecting data,PXI controller achieves conditioning and analysis of the data, and comprehensive performance testing and evaluation. Practice shows that:the system with compact, convenient, and easy op-eration, high accuracy to meet the design requirements.%数控转台作为高档数控机床的重要功能部件,其性能的高低直接影响甚至决定数控机床的精度和总体性能。为了满足数控转台性能研究的需求,文章设计了一种基于LabVIEW和PXI的试验台测试系统,系统应用西门子S7-300 PLC控制液压加载,应用多种传感器和测试仪器采集测试数据,在PXI控制器中实现对数据的调理、分析,实现对数控转台综合性能的检测和评估。实践表明:该系统结构紧凑,便捷性好,易于操作、精度高,可以满足设计要求。
