A large turning machine tools has been designed for repairing the hydraulic turbines in this paper. A three-dimensional model of the machine tool bed was established. The finite element analysis method was used for statics analysis on the machine tool structure. Both the lathe bed deformation diagram, and equiva-lent stress and strain diagram were obtained. Furthermore, the modal analysis on the machine tool structure was carried out to get the first six order natural frequency and vibration models. Based on this foundation, the weak links of the machine tool bed were pointed out and optimized, Not only the accuracy of machine tools, but also the dynamic performance of machine tools has been improved with a distinct optimization effect. This is helpful to the structure design and quality improvement of special purposed large machine tools. So the intelligence and precision of repairing the hydraulic turbines are improved in our country.%文章设计了一台水轮机现场检修专用数控机床,并对其建立三维模型,基于 ANSYSWORK-BENCH有限元分析,进行了水电站检修专用数控机床静力学分析,得到了床身变形、等效应力;进行了机床床身结构的模态分析,得到机床的前六阶固有频率和振型,得出了水轮机现场修复机床设计中的薄弱环节。通过对薄弱环节的结构改进,对比改进后的静力结构和模态分析,优化后的机床静态特性和动态特性明显提高。加强了现场修复机床的刚度和强度,而且也有利于大型水电站检修的现场修复精度,提高机床生产厂家的设备利用率,保障了能源与资源的不必要浪费。
