超声变幅杆的三维变型设计与数控编程

     

摘要

According to application actuality of ultrasonic machining, the computer aided design facilities based on three dimensional variant design of ultrasonic horn was developed by means of combining VB and Solidworks. The software transferred SolidWorks API function to create a new model, which achieved three dimensional variant design of ultrasonic horn. Mathematics model suited to rotative analytical surface of horns was set up, and macro program was achieved . Therefore, three circular cross-section exponential horn including big, medium and small sizes were designed and machined. It compared and analyzed these results from finite element modal analysis and resonance experiment of exponential horns to verify the design and programming method. The three dimensional variant design and macro machining programming method will be helpful for rapid design and efficient NC machining of ultrasonic horns, which will play an important role in generalizing ultrasonic machining.%针对超声加工的应用现状,以SolidWorks 2011为设计平台,利用Visual Basic6.0,开发超声变幅杆的三维变型辅助设计软件;利用VB调用SolidWorks的API函数通过参数驱动自动生成新的三维模型,实现了超声变幅杆的三维变型设计。根据变幅杆解析型回转曲面的几何外形建立其相应的数学模型,采用模块化的思想进行宏程序编程,快速设计加工了大、中、小截面指数形变幅杆。通过对变幅杆进行有限元模态分析与谐振特性实验,验证了变幅杆设计、宏程序编程的正确性。提出的三维变型设计和解析型回转曲面宏程序编程方法有助于超声变幅杆的快速设计和高效数控加工,这对于推广应用超声振动加工技术具有重要意义。
