针对数控机床主轴驱动系统中的异步电机运行所要求宽调速范围、大转矩、高的动态性能要求,采用了一种基于转子磁链定向的电压轨迹弱磁控制方法搭建的高性能驱动控制系统,重点分析了电压轨迹的弱磁控制原理,该方法能充分利用逆变器的最大可用电压和电流,并且在整个弱磁区域能实现最大转矩输出。同时,在恒转矩区域和弱磁调速区之间能够实现平滑的过渡。最后,在1.5 kW系统上对所提出的弱磁方法进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明该方法是可行、有效的。%Induction motor used in spindle drive systems of machine tool which was required out a wide speed range ,high torque ,high dynamic performance . This paper proposed a flux-weaken ing control strate-gy based on rotor flux oriented vector control method . focusing on analysis of the voltage trajectory weake-ning control . the method can make full use of the maximum available inverter voltage and current , and in the field weakening region to achieve maximum torque output. Meanwhile, Smooth and automatic transition between the constant torque region and a weak magnetic speed region can be achieved. Finally,The validity of the proposed field weakening technique is validated by computer simulations tests with a 1. 5kW induction motor drive system. Simulation results will be presented to fully support the claims.
