基于STM32的机械零件智能检测系统的设计

         

摘要

文章根据现阶段电子式量具在大批量机械零件检测中存在的问题为背景,以广泛使用的数显游标卡尺为模型,结合微处理器模块、无线数据传输模块、上位机软件等,设计了一种机械零件智能检测系统。给出了系统的工作流程图、系统结构图、发送端电气原理图,详细地介绍了系统的工作原理、系统硬件和软件的设计方法。该系统充分考虑了工厂中大批量零件检测中遇到的问题,该系统能够大大加快零件测量速度,并能通过上位机软件对零件尺寸做进一步的分析。%According to the existing problems in the mass mechanical parts detection using digital measuring tools at present, using the widely used digital caliper as an model, an intelligent detection system of mechan-ical parts was designed combining with microprocessor module, wireless data transmission module PC soft-ware and so on. Work flow chart, system structure diagram, and sending end electrical schematic diagram of the system are shown, and the working principle and the designing method of the hardware and software of the system are introduced in detail. As the problems in the mass mechanical parts detection was strictly considered, the system can greatly increase the measuring speed, and further analysis on the size of parts can be achieved with the help of the PC software.
