基于响应面法的数控机床工作台有限元分析与尺寸优化

     

摘要

Workbench is an integral part of gantry CNC machine tool, the structure and working conditions were taken to the finite element analysis of workbench;on the basis of the analysis, the dimension variables were selected by orthogonal experiment;with the using of ANSYS/workbench software of sensitivity analy-sis, the results of the analysis were gotten;and then, the analysis results and the dimension variables were taken to secondary regression by the response surface method;and meanwhile, the objective function, con-straints and design variables were determined to use MATLAB optimization toolbox to optimal design of workbench, at last, the best dimension were gotten and the finite element analysis were taken. The analysis result show that the weight of the worktable was reduced by 162. 4kg, and the maximum deformation and maximum stress were decreased by 6. 7% and 10%,at the same time,the dynamic characteristics were also improved significantly and provided a theoretical basis for the design of worktable.%工作台是龙门数控机床的重要组成部件,对工作台的结构和工况进行分析;在分析的基础上,通过正交试验选取需要优化的尺寸变量;利用ANSYS/Workbench有限元软件进行灵敏度分析,得到分析结果;再利用二次响应面法,对分析结果和尺寸变量进行二次回归拟合;确定目标函数,约束条件和设计变量,利用MATLAB优化工具箱进行工作台的优化设计,得到最佳尺寸配置,并对其结构进行有限元分析。分析结果表明,工作台质量减少162.4kg,最大变形量减少6.7%,最大应力减少10%,动态特性也有明显提升,为工作台的优化设计提供一种新思路。
