基于ANSYS Workbench的床身材质对机床动力学特性影响的分析∗

     

摘要

高精度磨床是一种新型精密磨削数控机床,其床身材质合理的选取及布局对其动力学特性有着较大的影响,进而影响其加工质量和加工精度。应用ANSYS Workbench软件对高精度磨床的床身分别以灰口铸铁、树脂混凝土及铸石为材质对磨床进行模态分析。结果表明树脂混凝土床身的高精度磨床动力学特性高于灰口铸铁床身的高精度磨床动力学特性,铸石床身的高精度磨床动力学特性高于树脂混凝土床身的高精度磨床动力学特性。%High precision grinding machine is a new-style precision grinding NC machine tools, the reasona-ble selection of bed material of high precision grinding machine has a great influence on its dynamic charac-teristics, which affects the machining quality and machining precision. ANSYS Workbench software is used for the mode analysis of different bed materials of high precision grinding machine such as grey cast iron, resin concrete and cast stone. The results showed that dynamic characteristics of the high precision grinding machine with resin concrete bed are higher than that with cast iron bed; and dynamic characteristics of the high precision grinding machine with cast stone bed are higher than that with resin concrete bed.
