非正交测量机下REVO测量系统控制与应用研究∗

     

摘要

针对在非正交式坐标测量机下应用基于正交式坐标测量机设计和应用的高效率高精度REVO五轴测量系统,提出了控制器返回坐标值数据的分离方法,获得测量机各主轴的准确位置,实现了非正交式测量机下测量系统运动和测量的精确控制;通过Microsoft Visual C++平台开发了基于I++DME通信协议的坐标测量机测量软件,并通过实践检验了测量软件的可靠性和有效性,创新性的实现了REVO五轴测量系统在非正交式坐标测量机中的应用,为复杂环境下具有复杂特征工件的高效率高精度测量提供了可靠的理论基础和技术依据。%A data separation method is proposed according to the application of REVO 5-axis measurement system in non-orthogonal coordinate measuring machine( CMM) , which is designed based on the orthogonal CMM. The movement and measurement of the measuring system in non-orthogonal CMM are controlled precisely as a result of the date separation. The measurement software of the non-orthogonal CMM is devel-oped by the Microsoft Visual C++ platform, and the reliability and effectiveness are proved by practice. The application of REVO 5-axis measurement system in non-orthogonal CMM is then realized innovatively, providing a reliable theoretical and technical foundation to the high efficiency and high accuracy measure-ment of the workpiece with complex features in complicated environment.
