Ti6Al4V钛合金薄壁件热校形试验研究∗

         

摘要

为了探讨热校形过程中各种因素对热校形效果的影响,文章设计了薄壁件热校形工装,通过单因素热校形试验,研究了最高退火温度的变化,升降温速率的快慢以及保温时间的长短对Ti6 Al4 V薄壁件热校形效果的影响,掌握了热校形效果随着不同热处理工艺参数变化规律。结果表明,当退火温度从550℃逐步升高到650℃时,热校形效果提高了35.2%,保温时间由1 h延长到3 h时,热校形效果提高了29.6%,升温速率的降低会提高热校形效果,冷却速率的改变对热校形效果的影响不大。文章热校形试验结果规律的把握以及最终的理热处理工艺参数的确定,为航空航天整体薄壁件实际热校形试验提供了重大参考借鉴和指导作用。%In order to find out the effects of different factors to the results of hot sizing, the modularized tooling was designed and the hot sizing experiments were carried out in this paper. The effects of annealing treating parameters, such as temperature, heating rate, holding time and the cooling rate, were investigated in the experiments. The relationship between the hot sizing results and the hot sizing parameters were ob-tained at last. The results have shown that as the temperature increases from 550℃ to 650℃ and the holding time increases from 1h to 3h, the effects of hot sizing will be increased significantly, as the heating rate de-creases, the effects of hot sizing will be increased. The effect of cooling rate the hot sizing is weak. The a-vailability of designing tooling has been validated by the experiments, which is expected to be applied to the treatment of thin-walled parts used in national aeronautics and astronautics.
