锡柴刀具准备的作业调度模型及优化求解∗

摘要

文章基于锡柴刀具管理系统平台，研究刀具准备活动的作业调度问题。建立优化模型，定义数据结构，采集相关状态信息，并用遗传算法进行求解。通过与实际手工排产的案例对比，效果高且结果优，具有一定的实用性。%A new approach is presented to solve the problem of tool preparing job scheduling. First An opti-mization model was established based on a redefined data structure. Secondly, a genetic algorithm was pro-gramed to solve it. By comparision with actual manual scheduling of cases, the effect is high and the results are excellent.
