针对大型复杂薄壁结构件加工变形有限元仿真效率低,不易实现全尺寸、完整结构状态下加工变形准确预测的突出问题,基于ABAQUS软件的有限元仿真及其二次开发技术,提出一种采用连续多个静态隐式分析步模拟三维动态显式有限元仿真的方法,研究了自动加载与卸载切削力载荷和分析及识别最大加工变形等关键技术,实现了大型复杂薄壁结构件完整结构全尺寸条件下、按照复杂走刀路径进行切削仿真的加工变形有限元快速仿真预测,通过切削测量实验,验证了仿真结果的准确性,为该类零件加工变形预测技术研究提供了新的技术手段.%In the finite element simulation, the efficiency for the large-scale complex thin-walled structures is low, and it''s hard to achieve full-size, integral deformation prediction.Based on ABAQUS software and its secondary development technology, presents a method of using continuous multi-static implicit analysis step to replace three-dimensional explicit finite element simulation.Combined with key technology such as the automatic loading and unloading of cutting force load and the identification of maximum deformation, the method achieves a quick deformation prediction according to the cutting tool path in the condition of large-scale complex thin-walled structures.By cutting experiment to test the accuracy of the simulation, the result provides a new technical means for the machining distortion prediction of such parts.
