In the background of the photovoltaic automatic production line, a kind of control of Cartesian coordinate robot with double-Z axis based on human machine interface with controller (HMC) was studied.The purpose is to show the merit and breakthrough, improve control efficiency of the robot.By the contrast of instruction selection, electrical wiring and data transmission measure of several typical PLC control system, the proposed method has the virtues of rapidity, stability and integration.The HMC reduces the control layers of traditional PLC system by integration of display and control, improves the control performance and integration, guides the new orient of PLC system.%以光伏自动生产线为应用背景,对线上一种基于显控一体机(HMC)的双Z轴型直角坐标机器人控制进行了研究.目的在于展现HMC控制方式的优点与突破,提高直接坐标机器人控制效率.通过几种典型PLC控制系统的指令运算、电气柜布线以及数据传输效率对比,所推荐的控制方式具有快速性、稳定性、集成性等优点.HMC控制架构通过显控一体的方式缩减了传统PLC系统控制层级,提升了系统控制性能与操作集成性,为PLC控制系统的发展指引了新的方向.
