基于混合遗传算法的车间动态调度研究

         

摘要

Aiming at the Job Shop scheduling problem under the influence of disturbance events, a Job Shop dynamic scheduling model was set up considering of the makespan and delivery deadline, which based on event-driven strategy and rolling horizon technology.To get the optimization, simulated annealing genetic algorithm was designed and improved.The initial scheduling scheme was received through the simulation, and on the basis, disturbance events was examined by dynamic scheduling strategy.The result of simulation experiment showed that these studies could get the satisfying scheduling scheme.The model and algorithm can be well used into real workshop.%针对扰动事件影响下的车间调度问题,基于事件驱动策略和滚动窗口技术,综合考虑完工时间与交货期,建立了作业车间动态调度模型.为了求解该模型,设计出模拟退火遗传算法,对算法的编码解码、遗传算子等方面进行改造.通过仿真得到初始调度方案,然后在此基础上,采用动态调度策略对交货期提前、机器故障、部件残品扰动事件进行了研究.通过对某公司产品进行实例验证,结果表明上述研究能够得到满意的调度方案.此模型和算法是可行且有效的,可以较好地应用到企业实际生产中.
