为了研究毛坯初始残余应力对7075铝合金薄壁回转结构件加工变形的影响,采用有限元仿真和试验验证结合的方法,利用ABAQUS顺序耦合热应力分析对铝合金薄壁回转结构件的淬火过程进行研究,得到毛坯的初始残余应力,并进行了毛坯的初始残余应力测量试验,再用有限元方法仿真了切削过程,并进行切削试验.结果表明,有限元仿真结果与测量结果数据相近,初始残余应力误差最大为16.85% ,工件的径向变形量误差最大为0.033mm,毛坯初始残余应力对7075铝合金薄壁回转结构件的加工变形有着显著的影响,同时验证了有限元模型的准确性,可为后续的加工参数进行优化和预测,对实际生产具有一定的参考价值.%In order to study the effect of initial residual stress on the deformation of 7075 aluminum alloy thin-walled rotating structural parts, using finite element simulation and experimental verification method, the quenching process of aluminum alloy thin-wall rotating body was analyzed by sequential coupling ther-mal stress, the initial residual stress of the blank is obtained, and the initial residual stress measurement test of the blank was carried out, and then the finite element simulation of the cutting process, and cutting test.
