面向精密面形零件磨料流光整加工的装夹工艺结构优化设计

             

摘要

Under the condition of the high-speed helical feeding,the precision shaft parts with large aspect ratio in the finishing process is easy to fall off and surface damaged when it is clamped by three jaw chuck. Considering this bottleneck problem,two clamping structures,composite and integral,were designed,and the process was checked by finite element simulation.The results show that the overall clamping structure can better meet the reliability of parts clamping comparing with the composite camping structure.On this basis, the parameter optimization and lightweight design of the whole clamping structure are carried out.The exper-imental results show that the optimized fixture structure can meet the requirements of processing technology, avoid the surface damaged and ensure the stability of the machining process.%在高速螺旋进给条件下光整加工长径比较大的精密轴类零件过程中,三爪卡盘夹紧零件时,易产生脱落、表面损伤,针对这一瓶颈问题设计了组合式和整体式两种装夹结构,并通过有限元仿真进行了工艺过程校核,研究结果表明整体式装夹结构较组合式装夹结构更能够满足零件装夹的可靠性.在此基础上对整体式装夹结构进行了参数优化和轻量化设计.实验结果表明,优化后的整体式装夹结构能够满足加工工艺要求、避免了表面损伤、确保了加工过程的稳定性.
