当生产车间设备数目较多(超过15个设备)的情况下使用传统的方法不能有效解决.针对该问题以物流运输费用最小和车间面积利用率最大为原则,建立数学模型.使用模拟退火算法中的并行性和遗传算法中收敛速度快的特点结合完成算法设计,即通过模拟退火算法和遗传算法的交替使用,避免遗传算法陷入局部最优,又能迅速得到最佳结果.实例化到16工位大型零件车间.结果表明该算法具有很快的收敛速度和较好结果,改善了遗传算法过早收敛和模拟退火算法收敛较慢的缺点,是一个行之有效的方法.%For facility layout planning,in the case of more equipment(above 15 stations), the old method cannot be effectively used to solve the problem. The mathematical model is established according to the prin-ciple of the minimum Handling Cost and workshop area utilization rate. Usually using two algorithms can get better results than using one. Considering the aspect of SA and GA,I combine SA and GA to generate the hybrid algorithm,and then apply to a 16 station large parts workshop. Considering some working condi-tion of the plant,the results show that the new algorithm has fast convergence speed and good results. It is an effective method to improve the premature convergence of GA and slow convergence of SA. So we can achieve better production efficiency than before.
