基于改进型遗传算法的复杂产品生产车间布局优化方法

     

摘要

针对复杂产品车间设备布局问题,采用实值编码和进化代沟的方法改进遗传算法,求解出设备布局的最优方案.根据产品的生产特点及工艺特征,通过定义优化目标和约束条件建立了设备布局的数学模型.并以某待建的航空发动机零部件智能化生产线为实例,采用QUEST软件对方法进行了验证.试验结果证明,该方法取得了较好的优化效果.%In order to solve the problem of equipment layout in complex products workshop, the real-valued coding and evolutionary generation gap method are used to improve the genetic algorithm to solve the optimal layout of equipment. According to the production characteristics and process characteristics of the product, a mathematic model of the equipment layout is established by defining the optimization objectives and constraints. Taking a certain intelligent production line of aero-engine components to be built as an example, the method is validated by QUEST software. Experimental results show that the method has achieved better optimization results.
