生产调度和模具预防性维护集成优化研究

         

摘要

为平衡Flow Shop生产计划和关键资源模具维护活动之间的冲突,集成生产排序和模具维护双变量,同时以提前/拖后惩罚和模具利用率为目标,建立了生产调度和模具预防性维护的集成优化数学模型.提出基于可行解和不可行解的改进双种群差分进化算法,以及改进的交叉策略,对所建模型进行优化求解.在不同问题规模下,对比改进双种群差分进化算法和NSGA-II算法的实验结果,实验表明改进双种群差分进化算法可有效求解此类问题,在保证解的质量的基础上可大幅度提高运算速度.%A mathematical optimization model of production scheduling with mould maintenance is presented taking total weighted tardiness and mould utilization as the optimized objectives simultaneously in a flow shop in order to balance the conflict between production and mould maintenance. An adaptive differential e-volution algorithm with double population and adaptive crossover strategy are proposed to solve the constrain-ed problem. Under different problem scales,the comparable results indicate that the adaptive differential ev-olutionary algorithm is more efficient and effective than NSGA-II,and the proposed algorithm can promote operational speed greatly based on assuring optimal solution.
