目的:观察散结镇痛片对小鼠实验性痛经模型的影响.方法:制备正常小鼠离体子宫和催产素所致小鼠离体子宫收缩模型,以及雌激素与缩宫素联用引起小鼠扭体反应模型,观察散结镇痛片对其影响.结果:散结镇痛片6.4 mg·mL-1以上对小鼠离体子宫自发收缩具有显著抑制作用;1.6 mg·mL-1以上对缩宫素引起的小鼠离体子宫收缩具有抑制作用,并具有量效关系;0.32~1.28 g·kg-1能够显著降低缩宫素引起的小鼠扭体反应次数,具有量效关系.结论:散结镇痛片对小鼠离体和在体痛经模型具有良好的治疗作用,对抗子宫平滑肌收缩而导致的组织缺血可能是其抗痛经作用的机制之一.%This study was aimed to observe effects of Sanjie Zhentong Tablet (SJZTT) on experimental dysmenorrhea mice models. Isolated normal uterus models, oxytocin-induced mice, estrogen and oxytocin induced writhing reaction mice models were prepared. Then, effects of different concentrations of SJZTT on mice models were investigated. The results showed that when the concentration of SJZTT is more than 6.4 mg/mL, it can significantly inhibit the spontaneous contractions of the mouse uterus. When the concentration of SJZTT is more than 1.6 mg/ml, the SJZTT can inhibit oxytocin-induced isolated uterus of mouse. The dose-effect relationship is that when the dose of SJZTT is between 0.32 g/kg and 1.28 g/kg, it can significantly reduce the writhing reaction times of oxytocin-induced mice. It was concluded that SJZTT has a good treatment effect of both in vitro and in vivo dysmenorrhea model. The mechanism of anti-dysmenorrhea for SJZTT is to relieve ischemia caused by contraction of smooth muscles in the uterus.
