基于PEI-TOF-MS的西埃斯燃烧产物实时在线监测研究

         

摘要

The environmental security risk resulted from the poisonous and harmful products in the combustion progress of hazardous chemical and explode has be attracted.This paper researched the combustion thermal decomposition progress of the special hazardous chemical CS,the formation characteristic of chlorobenzene and other products with thermograrimetry-differential analysis(TG/DSC) and photoelectron ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometer(PEI-TOF-MS).It had been found that the combustion process could be divided into three stages:(1) a small count of CS would be hydrolysised and Chlorobenzaldehyde would be formed at 350 ℃ ~550 ℃;(2) most of CS would be dechlorinated and intramolecular cyclization,HC1 and incomplete combustion products such as chlorobenzene,benzene and others would be formed at 550℃ ~660 ℃;(3) at 660 ℃ and higher,incomplete combustion products would be decomposed into HC1 and CO2.This instrument has a lot of application background on monitoring the pollutant from the destruction of hazardous chemical,and lays the foundation for controlling the pollutant.%危险化学品(危化品)燃烧、爆炸等过程产生的有毒有害污染物导致的环境安全风险引起了人们的高度关注.本文利用热重/差热(TG/DSC)和光电子电离飞行时间质谱(PEI-TOF-MS)对危化品西埃斯(CS)在燃烧过程中产生的氯苯及其他伴随污染物的生成规律进行了实时在线研究.结果表明,CS燃烧主要分为三个阶段:(1) 350℃~550℃时,少量样品发生水解,生成2-氯苯甲醛;(2) 550℃ ~660℃时,大量样品发生分子内环化脱氯,生成氯苯、苯等不完全燃烧产物和氯化氢等;(3) 660℃以上,氯苯等产物进一步分解生成氯化氢、二氧化碳等.该仪器在危化品销毁过程中污染物的在线监测具有很大应用前景,为控制维护安全实际销毁工作中污染物的生成奠定了基础.
