数控实训中常见车床撞刀的原因及防止办法

         

摘要

数控车床在机械制造业中被广泛应用,企业对数控车人才的需求日益加大。这就促使高职高专院校加大了对数控车实训设备的投入,培养符合企业需要的高素质技能型人才。本文从数控车实训教学的实际情况出发,针对学生在操作数控车床的加工过程中出现的撞刀原因进行了分析探讨,总结了数控车操作过程中发生撞刀的原因,并提出了切实可行的解决措施,以减少撞刀事故的发生。%Numerical control lathes in the machinery manufacturing industry has been widely applied, enterprise of NC personnel increasing demand. This prompted the higher vocational colleges to increase the NC training equipment investment, training with the enterprise needs the high quality talents. This article embarks from the numerical control practice teachings actual situation, discussed and analyzed the question which in view of the student in the numerical control lathes process appears, and summarized the reason in the numerical control lathe operation process to have collisions, and proposed the practical and feasible solution correspondingly, in order to reduce collisions accidents.
