虚拟技术在机床设计中的应用

摘要

以小型数控滚齿机为研究对象,基于UG NX4.0平台,详细介绍三维建模、虚拟装配以及运动仿真在机床设计中的应用.实践证明该小型数控滚齿机运行状况良好,能满足生产及教学实验需求.%The small NC gear hob machine was taken for the object.Based on UG NX4.0 platform,the application of 3D model-ing,virtual assembly and motion simulation in machine tool design was introduced in details.It has been proved that the small NCgear hob machine is operating wall and it can meet the need of the product and teaching experiment.
