利用 ANSYS 模态分析的组合式圆振动筛降噪研究

     

摘要

针对组合式圆振动筛的降噪问题,提出了利用ANSYS软件的模态分析与噪声测量试验相结合的分析方法,找出模态频率与噪声源之间的联系,进而采取降低振动筛噪声的相应措施。通过模态分析预测筛体的模态频率分布和各阶振型形态,分析可知,振动筛的模态频率远离工作频率,不会因共振而产生强烈噪声。筛体4阶以上的振型都做高频振动,其频率远远高于工作频率,筛体零/部件的高频弹性振动是产生噪声的根本原因。通过振动筛噪声测量试验,分析噪声的幅频特性和功率谱,噪声具有明显的中低频特性,这些噪声多数由筛体零/部件的高频弹性振动引起。分析振动筛的模态频率、振型和噪声频谱,找出噪声产生的根源,提出通过减小筛体零/部件的高频弹性振动的振幅来降低振动筛噪声的措施。%For the noise reduction issues of the combined circular vibrating screen ,the way by using ANSYS software sieve modal analysis and conducting noise measurement of combining tests are proposed ,identify the link between the modal frequencies and the noise source ,and then effective measures are taken to reduce vibration noise .Forecasting the modal frequency distribution and vibration mode shape through modal analysis ,modal frequencies of the shaker are away from the working frequency ,which does not produce strong resonance noise .Sieve order more than four shapes are doing high frequency vibration higher than the working frequency.The vibration component ’s elastic high frequency vibration is the root cause of noise .Conduct the noise measurement test,analyze the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the noise and the power spectrum ,and conclude that the noise has distinct low frequency characteristics ,most of these noise components are caused by the high-frequency elastic vibration .Analyzing the vi-brating sieve,modal frequency,and vibration-and noise spectrum,the source of noise generation are identified ,effective measures are taken to reduce noise measures shaker by suppressing high frequency components sieve elastic vibration amplitude .
