飞行体柔性接头摆心测试数据光顺处理研究

     

摘要

In reality,the points on swinging curve for flying body flexible joint should be distributed along the smooth.However, the measured running track for all points on the curve was a discrete and irregular broken line due to the errors of positioning,in-stallation and measurement.Use Matlab simulation to optimize the coordinates of the points measured by visual system of the measurement machine,to obtain the smooth curve with fitting of the parabola and arc curves.Thereafter,to use the coordinates of points on the obtained curve to optimize the coordinates of the measured points,then put the optimized coordinates of points into the calculation program of swinging center to obtain the optimized swinging center of the flexible joint,which eliminated the inter-ference of the installation and measuring errors.%飞行体柔性接头在摆动过程中其上各点本应该是沿着光滑曲线运动的,但由于定位、安装和检测误差使得各检测点的运动轨迹为离散不规则的折线,故需要通过Matlab软件对基于机器视觉检测到的标志点坐标进行优化处理,采用抛物线和圆弧进行拟合,得到光顺曲线,再用曲线上的点的坐标来优化被测标志点的坐标,并将优化的坐标值代入摆心计算程序,从而得出优化后的柔性接头的摆心,消除安装和检测误差的干扰.
