橙皮苷对人舌癌Tca8113细胞体外增殖的影响

摘要

Objective It is to approach the influence of hesperidin on proliferation of human tongue carcinoma Tca8113 cells in vitro. Metbods Hesperidin of different concentrations was administered to Tca8113 cells of human tongue carcinoma.The proliferation of Tca8113 cells was measured by MTT assay and soft agarose cloning formation experiment. Results Hesperidin significantly inhibited the proliferation of Tca8113 cells in concentration-dependent. The higher the concentration of hesperidin, the stronger the inhibition was ( r = 0.825 ,P＜0.05) . Conclusion Hesperidin can significantly inhibit the proliferation of Tca8113 cells in vitro. It could provide a novel chemotherapy drug in the clinical therapy for human tongue carcinoma.%目的 探讨橙皮苷对人舌癌细胞株Tca8113体外增殖的影响.方法 体外培养人舌癌Tca8113细胞,采用不同浓度的橙皮苷对其进行干预,用MTT法和软琼脂克隆形成实验检测其对舌癌细胞增殖的影响.结果 橙皮苷可明显抑制舌癌细胞Tca8113的增殖,并且随着浓度的增加,抑制作用明显增强(r=0.825,P<0.05),呈明显浓度依赖性.结论 橙皮苷能明显抑制人舌癌Tca8113细胞体外增殖,可能为临床治疗舌癌提供一种新的化疗药物.
