原发性高血压合并高血脂症患者血清瘦素及脂联素水平及其相关性研究

         

摘要

目的 探讨原发性高血压合并高血脂症(EH+HLP)患者血清瘦素和脂联素水平及其与血压、血脂等因素的相关性.方法 应用放射免疫分析和ELISA法对61例EH+HLP患者进行血清瘦素和脂联素测定,并与40例正常健康人进行比较.结果 EH+HLP患者血清瘦素水平明显高于健康人,其中EH 3级与EH 1级、EH 2级比较均有显著性差异,EH 1级与EH 2级间无显著性差异.EH+HLP患者血清脂联素水平明显低于健康人(P<0.001),不同血压级别高血压病患者血清脂联素比较无显著性差异.瘦素与性别相关,女性高于男性;与BMI、SP呈正相关,回归方程相关系数R=0.791.脂联素与TG呈负相关,回归方程相关系数R=0.479.结论 血清瘦素、脂联素水平与EH合并HLP的发生有密切关系.%Objective It is to explore the levels of serum leptin and adiponectin and their correlation with blood pressure and lipids and other related factors in the patient with essential hypertension and hyperlipidemia ( EH + HLP ). Methods Ra-dioimmunoassay and ELISA were used to determine serum leptin and adiponectin in 61 cases of EH + HLP patients, and the indexes were compared with that of 40 normal healthy people. Results Serum leptin levels were significantly higher in patients with EH + HLP than that in healthy people. In the patient group, the levels of ones with level 3 EH were significant higher than that of ones with level 1 or 2 EH, but no significant difference was found between ones with level 1 EH and ones with level 2 EH. Serum adiponectin levels were significantly lower in patients with EH + HLP than that in healthy people. There was no significant difference in the level between the patients of different EH level. Leptin was related with gender, and the correlation was more closely in female than that in male. Leptin was positive correlated with SP and BMI, the regression equation correlation coefficient was R =0.791. Adiponectin was found negatively correlated with TG, and the regression equation correlation coefficient was R =0.479. Conclusion Serum leptin, adiponectin and hypertension is closely related to the occurrence of hyperlipidemia.
