血必净联合前列腺素 E1治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察

         

摘要

目的:观察血必净联合前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将64例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用前列地尔注射液治疗,观察组采用前列地尔注射液联合血必净注射液治疗,比较2组治疗前后血糖、血脂、肾功能指标及尿蛋白水平变化。结果治疗后2组FBG、2hPG均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组TC、TG、LDL-C均较治疗前明显改善(P均<0.05),且观察组较对照组改善更明显( P均<0.05);2组BUN、SCr、血β2-MG、尿β2-MG均较治疗前明显下降(P均<0.05),且观察组均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);2组24 h尿总蛋白定量、尿白蛋白排泄率较治疗前均明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论血必净联合前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病肾病有助于控制血糖,减少尿蛋白,改善血脂和肾功能,延缓糖尿病肾病进程。%Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Xuebijing combined with prostaglandin E 1 in treatment of dia-betic nephropathy .Methods 64 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group , the patients were treated with Alprostadil Injection in the control group and with Xuebijing injection combined with Alprostadil Injection in the observation group .The blood glucose, blood lipid, renal function and urine protein level were compared between the both groups before and after treatment .Results After the treatment, the levels of 2hPG, FBG were sig-nificantly lower than before treatment in both groups (all P<0.05), and those of the observation group were significantly low-er than the control group (P<0.05); the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C were significantly improved than before treatment in both groups (all P<0.05), and those of the observation group were more obvious than the control group (P<0.05);the lev-els of BUN, SCr, serum beta 2-MG, urine beta 2-MG were significantly decreased than before treatment in both groups ( all P<0.05), and those of the observation group were significantly better than the control group (all P<0.05);the 24 hours u-rinary protein quantitation and urinary protein excretion rate in the both groups were significantly lower than before the treat -ment (all P<0.05), and those of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclu-sion Xuebijing combined with prostaglandin E 1 in treatment of diabetic nephropathy can help to control blood sugar , reduce u-rinary protein, improve blood lipid and renal function , delaying the progression of diabetic nephropathy .
