温经活络除痹法联合摇髋推拿手法治疗髋关节滑膜炎疗效观察

         

摘要

目的 探讨温经活络除痹法联合摇髋推拿手法治疗髋关节滑膜炎的临床疗效.方法 将90例髋关节滑膜炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组采用皮牵引治疗,观察组在皮牵引治疗的基础上给予温经活络除痹中药联合摇髋推拿手法治疗,2组均治疗14 d.比较2组临床疗效、疼痛和关节活动度改善情况及复发情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0.05),ROM评分均较治疗前显著升高(P均<0.05),但观察组变化更为显著(P均<0.05);观察组满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗过程中均无不良事件发生;治疗后随访3个月,2组复发率和股骨头缺血性坏死率比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05).结论 温经活络除痹法联合摇髋推拿手法治疗髋关节滑膜炎疗效显著,安全性和预后均良好,具有广阔的应用和推广前景.%Objective It is to explore the efficacy of warming meridian and activating collaterals to remove arthralgia combined with hip arthroplasty in the treatment of hip synovitis.Methods 90 patients with hip synovitis were randomly di-vided into control group and observation group,each group had 45 patients.The control group was treated with skin traction for 14 days, the observation group was treated with warming meridian and activating collaterals to remove arthralgia com -bined with hip arthroplasty on the basis of skin traction for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,pain and joint mobility improve-ment and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The overall effective rate and satisfaction rate in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores in the two groups were significantly lower while ROM scores were significantly higher after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.05), but the improvements of the scores in the observation group were more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no adverse event during treatment in the two groups.There was no significant difference in recurrence rate and ischemic necrosis rate between the two groups after follow up for three months(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of warming meridian and activating collaterals to remove arthralgia combined with hip arthroplasty to treat hip synovitis is significant with good safety,prognosis and no adverse reactions,it has broad application and promotion prospects.
