血清抑制素B评估儿童睾丸发育状况的作用

摘要

Objective To explore the role of serum inhibin B in the diagnosis and prognosis of cryptorchidism .Methods 40 left cryptorchidism patients and 40 children without congenital genital organ disorders and inguinal region diseases were taken as ex-perimental group and control group, respectively.All of the children were 6~24 months old.Serum inhibin B was tested by double antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays in the two groups.Results The concentration of the serum inhibin B in the experi-mental group is (67.38 ±40.21) pg/ml.The concentration of the serum inhibin B in the control group is (180.86 ±23.68) pg/ml. The concentration of the serum inhibin B in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control (p<0.01).Conclusion Serum inhibin B could play an important index in the diagnosis of cryptorchidism and in the predicting the testis development and function.%目的：探讨血清抑制素B（InhibinB，InhB）在隐睾的诊断及睾丸发育评价中的作用。方法收集40例隐睾（均为左侧）的患儿为实验组，40例无生殖系统病变及无腹股沟区病变的同龄儿童作为对照组，所有实验对象的年龄为6～24个月。用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测血清抑制素B水平，并对照分析两组间患儿的差异。结果实验组血清 InhB水平为（67．38±40．21）pg／ml，对照组为（180．86±23．68）pg／ml。实验组与对照组血清 InhB 水平差异有显著统计学意义（p＜0.01）。结论血清InhB水平可作为反映睾丸发育状况的一项重要指标。
