动态训练模拟器液压控制装置系统

     

摘要

以美国主站坦克M1A1的运动性能为目标,阐述了一种坦克兵动态训练模拟器液压控制部分的设计流程.该模拟器采用嵌入式控制器控制液压系统,克服了模拟控制系统难以保证长期可靠运行的缺点,也克服了一般数字控制系统难以保证三路油缸运动的实时性和同步性的缺点,且比一般的三自由度复杂运算控制器的体积小.实用效果表明,该训练模拟器操作简便,运行稳定,较好地满足了坦克兵模拟动态训练的要求.这里研制的数字液压控制装置系统给其他类型的动态模拟训练器的研究提供了参考.%Taking the moving performance of the main combat tank M1A1 of America as a target, a design process of hydraulic control device of dynamic tank driving training simulator is described, which adopted a new embedded hydraulic control system, overcame the shortcomings of long-time instability and the high real-time and synchronous performance of three hydro cylinder. Further, the controller has a smaller size than a general three degree freedom controller with complex calculation. The training simulator is easy to operate and stable, and satisfy the requirement on simulated training of tankman very well. The developed dynamic driving training simulator provided a reference for other dynamic training simulator.
