基于单片机控制的迫击炮防重装弹系统

     

摘要

针对迫击炮发射过程可能发生的炮弹重装问题,设计一种以单片机为控制核心的机电结合式防重装弹装置,该装置采用红外传感器为检测手段.当迫击炮正常发射时,该系统计数并显示发射的炮弹枚数;当出现炮弹不发火故障时,该系统将适时启动机械装置,防止炮弹的重复填装,避免重大事故的发生.该系统结构简洁,不影响射击精度且能自动启动机械装置.通过实验表明,该系统性能可靠,达到设计要求.%Aiming at the problem of repetitive loading could happen with mortar, a kind of mechatronics equipment for preventing loading on mortar controlled by single chip microcomputer was designed, which used infrared sensor as check means. When mortar works normally, this system takes counting and displays the numbers of cannonball; when mortar misfires, this system starts-up mechanism timely, prevents repetitive loading, avoids fatal accident. This system has simple configuration, doesn't effect fire precision and can start-up mechanism automatically. The experiments show that the system is reliable and efficient, meets the design requirements.
