基于MIE理论的室内便携式颗粒物检测仪设计

             

摘要

针对传统监测设备难以安装维护、响应速度慢的问题,设计一种基于光散射理论的室内便携式颗粒物检测仪。首先分析推导光散射法检测颗粒物浓度的原理,并设计蓝牙传输模块的硬件电路,然后通过指令将蓝牙传输模块端口和手机终端进行配对,最后在手机终端对收到的数据进行实时解析及显示。结果表明,该检测仪的测量数据经格拉布斯准则处理后,与DUSTTARK Ⅱ8530(TSI)测试仪器的数据相比误差不大于6%,且无需现场布线、智能便携,易连接组网通信,适用于室内颗粒物监测等方面应用。%Since it is difficult for the traditional monitoring equipment to install and maintain,and its response speed is slow,an indoor portable particulate matter detector based on light scattering theory was designed. The principle of using the light scattering method to detect the particulate matter concentration is deduced. The hardware circuit of the Bluetooth transmis⁃sion module was designed. The port of the Bluetooth transmission module is matched with mobile phone terminal by means of the instructions,and then the received data is analyzed and displayed in real time in the mobile phone terminal. The data mea⁃sured by the detector is processed by Grubbs criterion,and its error is less than 6% in comparison with the data measured by DUSTTARK II 8530 (TSI). The detector dispenses with the on⁃site wiring,is intelligent and portable,easy to connect to the networking communication,and suitable for the indoor particulate matter monitoring and other applications.
