基于网络实时监控的液压元件数据监测与系统研究

     

摘要

针对军用液压元件多台套现场实验的现状,提出并研发了一种分布式、网络化实时检测与数据管理系统.系统通过软件硬件相结合,将所需信号通过信号调理模块的滤波、降噪等方法进行处理,将采集到的模拟信号经过 A/D 转换,通过数据采集卡传输至现场工控机中,通过软件编程实现温度、压力、流量等信号的数据采集、数据分析、数据存储、历史数据管理、故障诊断以及报警等功能,并采用 B/S 结构实现远程的网络实时监控.经过实验论证,该系统可应用于液压元件数据采集领域,能够有效提高数据采集的准确度与精确度.%For the current situation of the sets of field experiments for military hydraulic components,a distributed,net-work real-time detection and data management system is proposed and developed. In combination with software and hardware, the requiring signal is processed for filtering and denoising by the signal conditioning module,and then the acquired analog sig-nal after A/D conversion is transmitted to the field industrial personal computer through the data acquisition card. The data acqui-sition,data analysis,data storage,historical data management,fault diagnosis and warning function of the temperature,pres-sure,flow and other signals are realized by software programming. The remote network real-time monitoring is realized by means of B/S structure. The experimental results verify that the system can be applied to the hydraulic components data acquisition field,and can effectively improve the accuracy and precision of data acquisition.
