学习风格用户模型分类及其自适应策略

         

摘要

学习风格作为主要的认知模型, 是在线学习系统中常用的用户建模依据.基于此, 文章首先基于被使用频率最高的学习风格模型--Kolb模型、VARK模型、Felder-Silverman模型和FDI模型, 对学习风格用户模型进行了分类, 并解析了其可能提供的自适应服务;随后, 文章从在线学习系统中用户建模的角度, 分析了整合不同学习风格用户模型的自适应策略;最后, 文章总结了影响在线学习系统自适应性能的关键问题, 以更好地发挥在线学习系统的自适应性能.文章对学习风格用户模型的解读及其自适应策略的分析, 将有助于在线学习系统对学习者进行更准确的描述和诊断, 从而提供更适合的学习资源和学习建议.%As the main cognitive model, learning style is the frequently-used user modeling basis in online learning system.Thus, based on four most frequently used learning style models, including Kolb model, VARK model, Felder-Silverman model and FDI model, this paper firstly classified the learning style-based user models and analyzed the adaptive services the four user models could offer.Then, the adaptive strategies of integrating different learning style-based user models were analyzed from the perspective of user modeling in online learning system.Finally, in order to maker its adaptive property exert better, the key issues influencing the adaptive property of online learning system were summarized.The interpretation of learning style-based user models and analysis of their adaptive strategies in this paper could help online learning system make more accurate description and disgnose on learners, thus providing more suitable learning resources and learning suggestions.
