基于可持续发展的高职学生职业素质养成

摘要

高职学生职业素质养成是其可持续发展的重要条件。通过对用人单位进行调查，可以发现其需要的高职学生职业素质主要包括思想素质与专业技能素质等，但在实际工作环境中，高职学生的职业素质却存在一定的缺失。因此，在高职教育的过程中还应加强对高职学生职业素质的培养，并坚持人本理念、实践育人、专业化育人、文化育人、"三全"育人和自我育人等原则，从而全面推动高职学生职业素质的养成。%Vocational quality fostering is the important requirement of higher vocational student ’s sustainable development.Surveys on employers reveal that what they want is ideological quality and Specialist Skill and quality,but more or less lacks exist in actual work environment. So strengthen the cultivation of higher vocational students’professional quality and following the principle of Humanistic philosophy,Practice education, Professional education,Culture Education,All three education,Self education in the process of high vocational education is necessary,and will do good to student’s vocational quality fostering.
