“卓越工程师教育培养计划”模式下校企教学共管机制的构建

     

摘要

“卓越计划”是由政府主导,由高校和企业参加的三方合作行为。“卓越计划”模式在执行层面有三个特点,其中“行业企业的深度参与”是“卓越计划”实施的前提,校企教学共管机制的构建是“卓越计划”实施的关键。“卓越计划”模式下校企教学共管机制的构建主要从政府主管部门、高校和企业之间以及校企教学共管系统内部等宏观、中观、微观三个层面来进行,构建的机制主要包括校企教学共管系统的动力机制、运行机制和约束机制。%‘Plan for educating and training outstanding engineers’model is a tripartite cooperation behavior.Its leader is our government,meanwhile,universities and enterprises participate in it. ‘Plan for educating andtraining outstanding engineers’ model has three characteristics in the operational level. Among them‘the depththat industries and enterprises participate in’is the premise of implementing ‘plan for educating and trainingoutstanding engineers’model,‘university-enterprise teaching condominium mechanism construction’is the key toimplement ‘plan for educating and training outstanding engineers’model.More specifically,it studies theconstruction mechanism including the dynamic mechanism,operation mechanism and restriction mechanism interms of university -enterprise teaching condominium system mainly from macro,medium and micro -levels,namely,from government departments,universities as well as the internal system of enterprise -universitycondominium.
