高等教育教学质量管理制度建设需要三个转变

摘要

为了推进高等教育质量的全面提高，实现培养“高素质专门人才和拔尖创新人才”的目标，高等教育教学质量管理制度建设需完成三个转变：在观念上从控制走向合作，在途径上关注非正式组织的作用，在制度设计重心上兼顾正式制度和非正式制度建设。%In order to promote all-round improvement of the quality of higher education,and to achieve the training objectives of the “high -quality expertise and tip -top innovative talents”,the construction of higher education quality management system requires to complete three changes:turned from control to cooperation in the concept,concerned about the role of the informal organization,given consideration to both formal and informal institution in the system design.
