依法治校：现代大学发展战略的支点选择

摘要

依法治校是依法治国理念在教育领域的具体表现，作为现代大学发展的战略支点选择，具有较为深刻的法理内涵，赋予了大学各主体不同的法律责任。推进大学依法治校工作，必须理清大学的内外部之间的关系，明确其层次性与特殊性，并通过法律制度的构筑、法治价值观的更新、法治化大学治理结构的形成、司法体制机制的建立、法治高等教育文化的形成进一步巩固依法治校的战略地位。%Law school is a concrete manifestation of the concept of the rule of law in the field of education,as a strategic fulcrum choosing for modern university development, which has a more profound legal connotation,given the different legal entities of the university of liability. Promoting lawschool of university,we must clarify the rela-tionship between inside and outside of university,a clear hierarchy and its particularity,and by building the legal system,updating the rule of law values,forming the university governance structure of legalization,establishing the judicial system and mechanisms,and the formation of legal culture of higher education to further consolidate the strategic position of the law school.
