基于DEA模型的我国农村义务教育资源配置效率研究

     

摘要

为了比较我国农村地区省际间义务教育资源配置的差异情况,通过构建投入导向型的DEA-CCR&BCC模型,对2013年我国农村地区的义务教育资源配置效率进行了分析,并利用Tobit回归方法,对其影响因素进行分析,得出以下结论:农村地区的义务教育资源配置效率较高,但省际差异较明显;从区域分布上看,西部地区的义务教育配置效率优于中部及东部地区;从教育阶段上看,初中阶段的教育资源配置效率略高于小学阶段;教育资源投入存在冗余,东部地区尤为明显;高学历教师数量、城镇化发展水平对于教育资源配置效率有显著影响。%In order to compare the difference of the allocation of compulsory education resources in rural areas between different provinces of China,the study used the CCR-CRS output-oriented DEA models, analyzed China’s rural compulsory education resources allocation efficiency. Meanwhile,the study also analysed the influencing factors through the regression method of Tobit,and then draw the following conclusions:the allocation efficiency of compulsory education resources is higher in rural areas,but the difference is obvious between different provinces. The allocation efficiency of compulsory education resources in the western area is better than that in the middle and eastern area. The allocation efficiency of compulsory education resources in the junior high school is slightly higher than that in the primary school. The input of education resources is redundant,especially in the east area. The proportion of teachers with higher academic background and the urbanization level have a significant influence on the allocation efficiency of compulsory education resources.
