目的：分析牙周炎患者采用甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗的临床效果。方法将76例牙周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各38例，分别给予甲硝唑缓释药膜和碘甘油治疗，观察两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.7%，复发率为5.3%；对照组总有效率为73.7%，复发率为28.9%；组间对比，差异显著（P<0.05）。治疗期间均无严重不良反应。结论甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗牙周炎的疗效显著。%Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metronidazole sustained-release membrane in the treatment of periodontitis. Methods 76 patients with periodontitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, they were given metronidazole slow-release release and iodine glycerin respectively, 38 cases in each group. Results Total effective rate in treatment group was 94.7%, the recurrence rate was 5.3%; total effective rate in the control group was 73.7%, the recurrence rate is 28.9%; Comparison between the two groups, the difference was sig-nificant (P<0.05). No serious adverse evented during treatment. Conclusion Therapeutic effect of metronidazole slowrelease releasein the treatment of periodontitis was obvious.
